Emily Kwapis

Emily Kwapis is a PhD student in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Florida (UF), where she started in August 2019. She works in the Optical Sensing and Nonproliferation Laboratory at UF researching remote sensing of actinides using spectroscopy techniques with laser ablation. Ms. Kwapis earned her B.S.E. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2019 along with a minor in Electrical Engineering.
